Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and riches-shadow ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the riches-shadow.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and our culinary services.

You agree that by accessing the Site and/or using our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and services and must discontinue use immediately.

Services

riches-shadow provides culinary education and related services including but not limited to:

• Private cooking lessons
• Group cooking workshops
• Meal preparation services
• Corporate culinary events
• Children's cooking classes
• Dietary and nutrition consulting

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

When you submit a booking request through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing (via email). We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours notice: Full refund available
• Less than 72 hours notice: One reschedule permitted at no additional charge; no refunds
• No-shows: Non-refundable, except in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once without penalty, provided you give at least 72 hours notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Disclose any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before your session
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Wear appropriate clothing, including closed-toe shoes
• Treat our staff, facilities, and other participants with respect
• Supervise any minors you bring to our sessions (unless enrolled in children's classes)

Health and Safety

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before your session. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, including common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Physical Requirements

Our sessions involve standing, moving around a kitchen, and handling cooking equipment. If you have any physical limitations or health conditions that may affect your participation, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations where possible.

Assumption of Risk

Cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to burns, cuts, slips, and exposure to hot surfaces and sharp objects. By participating in our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by riches-shadow, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Recipes provided during our sessions are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our recipes without express written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content to us ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that use of such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Photography and Recordings

We may photograph or video record our sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such images or recordings in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us before your session begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, riches-shadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your participation in our services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless riches-shadow and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and riches-shadow regarding your use of the Site and services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
